short. fun. it sticks.
Nobody sits through an hour of slides. But your team will happily do five minutes on the bus — and they actually remember it. Points to chase, levels to unlock, and training that finally gets finished.
The easiest, most fun way to train your team, anytime and anywhere.
built for the floor
Every lesson is written with people who have actually worked the pass, the bar and the front desk. Real shifts, real guests, real problems — not textbook theory nobody uses at 8pm on a Friday.
stay motivated
Habits stick when they feel like a game. Streaks, friendly team challenges and a well-timed nudge from Tiff make sure the next lesson actually happens — even after a double.
personalized learning
Tiff picks up what each person already knows and what they keep getting wrong, then builds them their own path. Your brand-new starter and your ten-year veteran never get the same lesson.
